Firm Foundation

In a world where there's a lot of fake, what's real? To build your house on the Rock is to build your life upon Jesus. But to build your house upon the sand is to build your life upon a lie. The longer you build your life upon a lie the greater the fall will be when that foundation fails you. In the story from Genesis 13 we see two different realities presented to us. Abraham lived in a reality where God was God. He had built his life upon a firm foundation. Lot on the other hand, did not live in the same reality. Instead, Lot loses everything because he spent his days playing in the sand.
